4384ddf9cd Improved EngineBuilder and Store API 
- Store::new() now takes an impl Into<Engine>.
- Added Into<Engine> impls in each of the compilers
- Updated docs/migration_to_3.0.0.md on API usage

4a06b1d3f6 Rename engine's Universal type to Backend 
The Universal type was essentially a builder of engines that's given a
compiler backend and creates an Engine with .engine() method. The name
was not clear.

f744bac1a2 Store: replace new() with new_with_engine() and make new() take CompilerConfig 
Since there's one engine now, it doesn't make sense to initialize a
`Store` with the engine specifically. It's an extra redundant step for
the API user.

a1527ea363 doc(middlewares) Add more examples and more doctests. 
The idea of this patch is to improve the documentation of the
`wasmer-middlewares` crate by doing the following:

* Link to the fully detailed existing `metering` example,
* Give an overview of how to push a middleware on a compiler,
* Give one example per type and function: `Metering`,
  `MeteringPoints`, `get_remaining_points` and `set_remaining_points`.

e5a784a006 feat: Rename wasmer-engine-jit to wasmer-engine-universal. 
This (small) patch renames the `wasmer-engine-jit` crate into
`wasmer-engine-universal`.

41a0e82a3f wasmer-middlewares: don't force enable wasmer default features 
wasmer-middlewares doesn't need to enable all default features from wasmer
when it's included. This avoid having to build cranelift crates when llvm is used
otherwise etc.

487c96452a feat(middleware) Relax F in Metering<F> by removing Clone and Copy. 
The `F` parameter for `Metering`, and therefore for
`FunctionMetering`, no longer requires to implement the `Clone` and
`Copy` traits.

1951: feat: Add an error code on the metering middleware r=MarkMcCaskey a=jubianchi

_This is a proposition for #1931._

~~**⚠️ Do not merge as-is. Wait for #1941 to get merged or to provide an alternative**~~

Basically, the metering middleware now injects a new global, `error_code` with its own helper `get_error_code` which will allow the host to correctly handle metering errors. Now, a `remaining_points == 0` and `error_code != NoError` means the execution of the guest module consumed all the gas points.
