Igor Mammedov 10bdcd5659 scsi: Cleanup not used anymore SCSIBusInfo{hotplug, hot_unplug} fields ...

SCSI subsytem was converted to hotplug handler API and
doesn't use SCSIBusInfo{hotplug, hot_unplug} fields and
related callbacks anymore.
