Alexander Graf 7e99826c35 Revert "PPC: e500: Use new MPIC dt format" ...

This reverts commit 518c7fb44f. It breaks
new Linux guests with SMP, because IPIs get mapped to large vectors which
our MPIC emulation does not implement.
