f6a3c86ebd hw/pci-host/pam: Replace magic number by PAM_REGIONS_COUNT definition
While this change helps triskaidekaphobic developers, it
is a good practice to avoid magic values and using constant
definitions instead.

Introduce the PAM_REGIONS_COUNT and use it. No logical change.

8063396bf3 Use OBJECT_DECLARE_SIMPLE_TYPE when possible
This converts existing DECLARE_INSTANCE_CHECKER usage to
OBJECT_DECLARE_SIMPLE_TYPE when possible.

$ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i \
  --pattern=AddObjectDeclareSimpleType $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')

db1015e92e Move QOM typedefs and add missing includes
Some typedefs and macros are defined after the type check macros.
This makes it difficult to automatically replace their
definitions with OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE.

Patch generated using:

 $ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i \
   --pattern=QOMStructTypedefSplit $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')

which will split "typdef struct { ... } TypedefName"
declarations.

Followed by:

 $ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i --pattern=MoveSymbols \
    $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')

which will:
- move the typedefs and #defines above the type check macros
- add missing #include "qom/object.h" lines if necessary

3402076073 hw/pci-host/i440fx: Extract PCII440FXState to "hw/pci-host/i440fx.h"
Make the PCII440FXState structure public, so it can be used out of
this source file. This will allow us to extract the IGD Passthrough
Host Bridge, which is a children of the TYPE_I440FX_PCI_DEVICE.

48bc99a09c hw/pci-host/i440fx: Remove the last PIIX3 traces
The PIIX3 is not tied to the i440FX and can even be used without it.
Move its creation to the machine code (pc_piix.c).
We have now removed the last trace of southbridge code in the i440FX
northbridge.

0fd61a2d1c hw/pci-host/piix: Move i440FX declarations to hw/pci-host/i440fx.h
The hw/pci-host/piix.c contains a mix of PIIX3 and i440FX chipsets
functions. To be able to split it, we need to export some
declarations first.
