linux-user: Clean up includes
...
Clean up includes so that osdep.h is included first and headers
which it implies are not included manually.

Fix missing strnlen problems

Fix missing strnlen (a GNU extension) problems by using qemu_strnlen
used for user emulators also for system emulators.
