44ae04f032 hw/char/sh_serial: Add device id to trace output
Normally there are at least two sh_serial instances. Add device id to
trace messages to make it clear which instance they belong to
otherwise its not possible to tell which serial device is accessed.

bf4fbb69f3 escc: introduce escc_hard_reset_chn() for hardware reset
This new hardware reset function is to be called for both channels when the
hardware reset bit is written to register WR9. Its initial implementation is
the same as the existing escc_reset_chn() function used for device reset.

Add a new trace event when the guest initiates a hard reset via the WR9 register

d0fb9657a3 docs: fix references to docs/devel/tracing.rst
Commit e50caf4a5c ("tracing: convert documentation to rST")
converted docs/devel/tracing.txt to docs/devel/tracing.rst.

We still have several references to the old file, so let's fix them
with the following command:

  sed -i s/tracing.txt/tracing.rst/ $(git grep -l docs/devel/tracing.txt)

f2336b5fbd hw/char/serial: Rename I/O read/write trace events
The serial_mm_read/write() handlers from the TYPE_SERIAL_MM device
call the serial_ioport_read/write() handlers with shifted offset.

When looking at the trace events from this MMIO device, it is
confusing to read the accesses as I/O. Simplify using generic
trace event names which make sense the various uses.

b15e402fc8 trace-events: Fix attribution of trace points to source
Some trace points are attributed to the wrong source file. Happens
when we neglect to update trace-events for code motion, or add events
in the wrong place, or misspell the file name.

Clean up with help of scripts/cleanup-trace-events.pl. Funnies
requiring manual post-processing:

* accel/tcg/cputlb.c trace points are in trace-events.

* block.c and blockdev.c trace points are in block/trace-events.

* hw/block/nvme.c uses the preprocessor to hide its trace point use
  from cleanup-trace-events.pl.

* hw/tpm/tpm_spapr.c uses pseudo trace point tpm_spapr_show_buffer to
  guard debug code.

* include/hw/xen/xen_common.h trace points are in hw/xen/trace-events.

* linux-user/trace-events abbreviates a tedious list of filenames to
  */signal.c.

* net/colo-compare and net/filter-rewriter.c use pseudo trace points
  colo_compare_miscompare and colo_filter_rewriter_debug to guard
  debug code.

b636db306e hw/char/cadence_uart: add clock support
Switch the cadence uart to multi-phase reset and add the
reference clock input.

The input clock frequency is added to the migration structure.

The reference clock controls the baudrate generation. If it disabled,
any input characters and events are ignored.

If this clock remains unconnected, the uart behaves as before
(it default to a 50MHz ref clock).

3c77412b4a hw/char/exynos4210_uart: Add receive DMA support
To support receive DMA, we need to inform the DMA controller if receive data
is available. Otherwise the DMA controller keeps requesting data, causing
receive errors.

Implement this using an interrupt line. The instantiating code then needs
to connect the interrupt with the matching DMA controller GPIO pin.
