misc: add pca9552 LED blinker model

This is a simple model supporting the basic registers for led and GPIO
mode. The device also supports two blinking rates but not the model
yet.

i.MX: Add qtest support for I2C device emulator.

This is using a ds1338 RTC chip on the I2C bus. This RTC chip is
not present on the real 3DS PDK board.
