In my "build everything" tree, changing sysemu/sysemu.h triggers a
recompile of some 1800 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and
objects that don't depend on qemu/osdep.h, down from 5400 due to the
previous commit).
Several headers include sysemu/sysemu.h just to get typedef
VMChangeStateEntry. Move it from sysemu/sysemu.h to qemu/typedefs.h.
Spell its structure tag the same while there. Drop the now
superfluous includes of sysemu/sysemu.h from headers.
Touching sysemu/sysemu.h now recompiles some 1100 objects.
qemu/uuid.h also drops from 1800 to 1100, and
qapi/qapi-types-run-state.h from 5000 to 4400.

In my "build everything" tree, changing hw/qdev-properties.h triggers
a recompile of some 2700 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and
objects that don't depend on qemu/osdep.h).
Many places including hw/qdev-properties.h (directly or via hw/qdev.h)
actually need only hw/qdev-core.h. Include hw/qdev-core.h there
instead.
hw/qdev.h is actually pointless: all it does is include hw/qdev-core.h
and hw/qdev-properties.h, which in turn includes hw/qdev-core.h.
Replace the remaining uses of hw/qdev.h by hw/qdev-properties.h.
While there, delete a few superfluous inclusions of hw/qdev-core.h.
Touching hw/qdev-properties.h now recompiles some 1200 objects.

triggers a recompile of some 2600 out of 6600 objects (not counting
tests and objects that don't depend on qemu/osdep.h).
The culprit is again hw/hw.h, which supposedly includes it for
convenience.
Include migration/qemu-file-types.h only where it's needed. Touching
it now recompiles less than 200 objects.

Add a base class that is common to virtio-gpu and vhost-user-gpu
devices.
The VirtIOGPUBase base class provides common functionalities necessary
for both virtio-gpu and vhost-user-gpu:
- common configuration (max-outputs, initial resolution, flags)
- virtio device initialization, including queue setup
- device pre-conditions checks (iommu)
- migration blocker
- virtio device callbacks
- hooking up to qemu display subsystem
- a few common helper functions to reset the device, retrieve display
informations
- a class callback to unblock the rendering (for GL updates)
What is left to the virtio-gpu subdevice to take care of, in short,
are all the virtio queues handling, command processing and migration.

Require a minimum 16x16 size for the scanout, to make sure the guest
can't set either width or height to zero. This (a) doesn't make sense
at all and (b) causes problems in some UI code. When using spice this
will triggers an assert().

It was never correct to not clear them. Due to commit "3912e66a3feb
virtio-vga: fix reset." this became more obvious though. The virtio
rings get properly reset now, and trying to process the stale commands
will trigger an assert in the virtio core.

If renderer_blocked is set do not call virtio_gpu_virgl_reset().
Instead set a flag indicating that virglrenderer needs a reset.
When renderer_blocked gets cleared do the actual reset call.
Without this we can trigger an assert in spice due to calling
spice_qxl_gl_scanout() while another operation is still running:
spice_qxl_gl_scanout: condition `qxl_state->gl_draw_cookie == GL_DRAW_COOKIE_INVALID' failed

Due to a kernel bug we can never increase the size of capability
set 1, so introduce a new capability set in parallel, old userspace
will continue to use the old set, new userspace will start using
the new one when it detects a fixed kernel.

virtio-gpu has special code path that bypassed vIOMMU protection. So
for now let's disable iommu_platform for the device until we fully
support that (if needed).
After the patch, both virtio-vga and virtio-gpu won't allow to boot with
iommu_platform parameter set.

Don't reset window layout information (passed via virtio_gpu_ui_info) on
device reset, so the user interface window layout will be kept intact
over reboots. The head size and position was commented out already, so
this patch just drops the dead code. Additionally the enabled head mask
must be kept so multihead setups work properly too.

In some cases a failing VMSTATE_*_EQUAL does not mean we detected a bug,
but it's actually the best we can do. Especially in these cases a verbose
error message is required.
Let's introduce infrastructure for specifying a error hint to be used if
equal check fails. Let's do this by adding a parameter to the _EQUAL
macros called _err_hint. Also change all current users to pass NULL as
last parameter so nothing changes for them.

In virtio_gpu_set_scanout function, when creating the 'rect'
its refcount is set to 2, by pixman_image_create_bits and
qemu_create_displaysurface_pixman function. This can lead
a memory leak issues. This patch avoid this issue.

Coverity points out that if we fail in the "creating resources"
loop in virtio_gpu_load() we will leak various resources (CID 1356431).
Failing a VM load is going to leave the simulation in a complete mess,
but we can tidy up to the point that a full system reset should
get us back to sanity.
