8ef94f0bc9 arm: Clean up includes 
Clean up includes so that osdep.h is included first and headers
which it implies are not included manually.

f50ed7853a i.MX: Standardize i.MX AVIC debug 
The goal is to have debug code always compiled during build.

We standardize all debug output on the following format:

[QOM_TYPE_NAME]reporting_function: debug message

We also replace IPRINTF with qemu_log_mask(). The qemu_log_mask() output
is following the same format as the above debug.

8f1e884b38 savevm: Remove all the unneeded version_minimum_id_old (arm) 
After commit 767adce2d, they are redundant.  This way we don't assign them
except when needed.  Once there, there were lots of cases where the ".fields"
indentation was wrong:

     .fields = (VMStateField []) {
and
     .fields =      (VMStateField []) {

Change all the combinations to:

     .fields = (VMStateField[]){

The biggest problem (apart from aesthetics) was that checkpatch complained
when we copy&pasted the code from one place to another.

5ff94a61c4 imx_avic: QOM cast cleanup 
Introduce type constant, use QOM casts and prepare SysBus initfn for QOM
realize by resolving SysBusDevice vs. DeviceState "dev" name conflict.
