Manually drop redundant includes that scripts/clean-includes misses, e.g. because they're hidden in generator programs, or they use the wrong kind of delimiter. Markus Armbruster	14b6d44d47	Use scripts/clean-includes to drop redundant qemu/typedefs.h ... Re-run scripts/clean-includes to apply the previous commit's corrections and updates. Besides redundant qemu/typedefs.h, this only finds a redundant config-host.h include in ui/egl-helpers.c. No idea how that escaped the previous runs. Pavel Butsykin	bf95728400	monitor: remove target-specific code from monitor.c ... Move target-specific code out of /monitor.c to /target-*/monitor.c, this will avoid code cluttering and using random ifdeffery.
