Commit 5204b499a6 ("mailmap: Fix Stefan Weil author email")
corrected authorship for patch received at qemu-devel@nongnu.org,
correct now for patch received at qemu-trivial@nongnu.org.
Update other authorship email for Stefan's commits.

This fixes authorship of commits 5cbd51a5 and friends, where the
qemu-ppc mailing list rewrote the "From:" field in the corresponding
patches. See commit 3bd2608db7 ("maint: Add .mailmap entries for
patches claiming list authorship") for explanation.

Documenting that we should not add new lines to work around SPF
rewrites sounds foreboding; the intent is instead that new lines here
are okay, but indicate a second problem elsewhere in our build process
that we should also consider fixing at the same time, to keep the
section from growing without bounds. While we have been doing that
for qemu-devel for a while, we jut recently fixed that for qemu-block:
https://git.linaro.org/people/pmaydell/misc-scripts.git/commit/?id=f9a317392
Mentioning DMARC alongside SPF may also help people grep for this
scenario, as well as documenting the 'git config' workaround that can
be used by submitters to avoid the munging issue in the first place.
Note the subtlety: 'git commit' sets authorship information based on
user.name and user.email (where name is usually unquoted); while 'git
send-email' includes a body 'From:' line only when sendemail.from is
present but differs from authorship information. Hence the use of
quotes in sendemail.from (not a semantic change to email, but enough
of a difference to add the body 'From:').

I have changed my name and email address. Update the MAINTAINERS file

of some past commit I authored. (As suggested by Philippe, I put the
.mailmap line into the "preferred name forms" section, considering it
counts as a git author config change.)

For some longish time I've been using multiple email addresses
for mailing list communication, and would like to consolidate it
into a single email address that is the most convenient to me.
My other emails, from rt-rk.com and wavecomp.com domains remain
active and I will respond from them too, if needed, but I would
like to manage almost all communication using gmail.com account.

The list did not author any patches, but it does rewrite the
'From:' header of messages sent from any domain with restrictive
SPF policies that would otherwise prevent the message from reaching
all list recipients. If a maintainer is not careful to undo the
list header rewrite, and the author did not include a manual
'From:' line in the body to fix the munged header, then 'git am'
happily attributes the patch to the list. Add some mailmap
entries to correct the few that have escaped our attention; while
we also work on improving the tooling to catch the problem in
the future before a merge is even made.
Also improve the comments occurring in the file, including line
length improvements.
